KEHOA Rules & Regulations
Preamble
The following assumptions are fundamental to and
represent the philosophical underpinning of the KEHOA rules and
regulations.
1. We believe that we are a part of a community
and our actions affect our neighbors.
2. We believe in the need to practice and foster good relations
with one another in order to maintain and enhance the quality
of life and safety in the neighborhood we share.
3. We believe in the golden rule – we treat our neighbors
the way we would want to be treated by them.
4. We believe that a home or land owner has the right to use,
develop or otherwise enjoy his/her/their property in any way
that s/he or they see fit as long as it doesn’t violate
the basic tenets of being a good neighbor or negatively affect
the property value of others.
5. We believe that home or land owners in the Kensington Estates
have made a significant investment in which they are interested
in seeing increase and would not do anything which would result
in the devaluation of their property.
6. We believe in the presumption that our Kensington Estate neighbors
are good neighbors.
7. We believe in first talking with neighbors to resolve any
problems first before seeking redress through KEHOA.
